We are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a new: AI Research Engineer AI Research Engineer The Job: AI Research & Technology Evaluation • Evaluate AI technologies and trends (incl. Microsoft AI ecosystem) • Assess feasibility, risks, and business impact Use Case Development • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define AI use cases • Prioritize based on impact and feasibility Prototyping • Build and validate AI prototypes (PoCs) and document results • Experiment with models, prompts, and architectures Collaboration & Enablement • Work closely with Engineering teams to support the transition from prototype to production • Support productization and act as internal & external AI advisor The Profile: We are looking for an AI Research Engineer to explore and shape the use of AI within the Therefore platform. You will identify relevant AI technologies, turn them into practical use cases, and build early prototypes to demonstrate value. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to bring innovation into real applications. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, curiosity, and hands-on technical skills. We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated junior candidates.
