Ihre Rolle • Process & App Development: Modeling workflows, records, and integrations in Appian -- including SAIL interfaces and sites in accordance with best-practice guidelines • Utilizing the Data Fabric: Connecting to live data sources without complex migrations • Iterate & Optimize: Release in short cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve UI/UX • Teamwork: Close collaboration with architects, UX/BAs, and DevOps, sharing knowledge, and conducting code reviews Ihr Profil • Appian Associate Developer Certification • ≥ 3 years of practical Appian experience (SAIL, Records, integrations, Web APIs) • Experience with automated testing and cloud deployments • Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable • Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks • Primary residence in the Vienna area or willingness to relocate to Vienna Nice-to-Have: • Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian • Written and spoken German at a minimum B1/B2 level Why us? • Cutting-edge technology: Appian 26.x, Data Fabric, AI-powered low-code-features • Startup-Speed & a "fail fast" culture: Releases in weeks instead of months • Hypo-Spirit: We put our Motto „So weit muss Banking gehen" into practice every day Gehalt & Benefits EUR 55.000,-- EUR 80.000,-- Das tatsächliche Jahresgehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
