Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) – for Upper Austria, parts of Salzburg and the Czech Republic (Full-time) Your responsibilities • Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers, in the Rope & Safety Business Unit within the sales territory of Upper Austria, parts of Salzburg, and the Czech Republic • Independently managing the sales territory, including route planning, customer data maintenance, and CRM reporting • Monitoring the market and supporting sales management in market research • Collaborating with product management on analyses and product development • Close collaboration with the internal sales team on preparing quotes and processing orders How to convince us • Completed education with experience in technical sales • Experience in technical field sales with strong technical and business acumen • Very good German and English language skills • Training in personal protective equipment for fall protection is a plus • Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 4 days per week) • Independent, flexible individual with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills What we offer you • A well-structured onboarding process within a close-knit team, as well as significant autonomy, flat hierarchies, and quick decision-making processes • A varied, independent sales role with significant autonomy • An attractive and innovative product portfolio • Professional and personal development opportunities through our Teufelberger Academy • MORE than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement of €3,802.93 gross, plus bonuses and a company car.
