We are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a new: Chief Architect - Connectors Chief Architect - Connectors The Job: Strategy & Ownership • Drive connectors strategy, roadmap, and ecosystemfocus • Define and prioritize integration use cases aligned with product and customer value • Build and lead a focused team, coordinating internal and partner contributions Architecture & Technical Leadership • Define connector architecture, standards, and best practices • Ensure scalability, quality, and guide internal & partner implementations Connector Portfolio Management • Manage and evolve existing connectors; drive development of new ones • Maintain a central connector and integration library Partner Ecosystem & Enablement • Build and manage partner ecosystemfor connector development • Define build-vs-partner strategy and ensure delivery quality The Profile: We are looking for a Team Lead / Chief Architect - Connectors to take ownership of an important strategic area of the ThereforeTM platform: our integration ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our connectors landscape - from stabilizing and maintaining existing integrations to defining and scaling a modern, partner-driven connector ecosystem. You will combine technical leadership, product ownership, and strategic thinking to ensure Therefore remains well-integrated with key enterprise platforms. Skills & Experience • Strong experience in software architecture and system integration • Proven track record with enterprise integrations / APIs / connectors • Experience with key ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, ERP systems, workflow/automation platforms) • Understanding of partner-driven modelsis a strong advantage • Solid programming background (e.g., C#, .NET, APIs, cloud) Leadership & Mindset • Strong ownership with ability to drive strategic initiatives • Balance technical depth with business value and clear communication • Structured, pragmatic, execution-focused The Rewards: • A high-impact role in a strategically important product area • The opportunity to shape and scale the ThereforeTM integration ecosystem • A flexible, international work environment Salary The minimum gross annual salary for this full-time position, based on the collective agreement and full alignment with the role profile, is EUR 45,738.
