Your Tasks • Support the further development and enhancement of the Group Compliance Program and Compliance Management System. • Coordinate and continuously improve the Group Whistleblowing System, including case management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. • Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the development of mitigation measures. • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and recommend improvements where necessary. • Support the maintenance and regular review of Group policies, guidelines, and compliance standards. • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the timely implementation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. • Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization. • Collaborate with business functions to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and business processes.# • Conduct compliance reviews and support internal investigations where required. • Provide advice, training, and support to employees on compliance-related matters. Your Profile • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP) are a plus. • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the industry relevant to our organization. • Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in practice • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify compliance risks and develop pragmatic solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance culture.
