Turn operational data into real business impact. Join our growing EMEA Distribution Center Performance team and help improve the performance of our logistics network by translating data into actionable insights and working closely with Distribution Centers across Europe. DC Network Performance Analyst (mfd) Hybrid, Altenmarkt im Pongau What you will be doing • Monitor and analyze performance across our EMEA Distribution Center network using operational KPIs. • Identify trends, performance drivers and root causes, turning data into actionable business insights. • Partner with Distribution Centers to understand operational challenges, validate findings and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports and business review materials for operational and strategic decision-making. • Support KPI governance by maintaining KPI definitions, targets and reporting standards across Brands and DCs. • Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, reconciliation and collaboration with IT and Data Experts. • Track improvement initiatives and measure their impact on network performance. • Contribute to the continuous development of reporting tools and performance management processes. What you need to succeed • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in performance analysis, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, operations controlling or a similar analytical role. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational processes with performance metrics. • Experience with KPI reporting and advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage. • Curious and eager to understand warehouse and logistics operations - even if you haven't worked in the industry before. • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Business and IT. • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
