HR Business Partner (f/m/d) Lanzenkirchen HR Business Partner driving global people success On‑site senior HR partner driving strategy, talent, and governance in a global matrix, enabling people‑centric business success. What You'll do • Act as the local on‑site HR representative, working closely with the business and local leadership team to shape organizational direction, challenge the status quo, and translate business strategy into sustainable, people‑centric decisions. • Navigate and manage a complex matrix organization by partnering with Business Units based at HQ Schaan, Liechtenstein and team leads across multiple locations, fostering strong collaboration, alignment, and effective global interactions. • Lead end‑to‑end HR governance and employee relations, including Works Council negotiations, labor law compliance, HR policies, and contract‑related matters aligned with business priorities. • Drive talent, leadership, and performance excellence by guiding succession planning, talent development, compensation, People processes, and coaching leaders on people matters. • Ensure consistent, impactful HR delivery by collaborating with global HR teams and your team member, leading local HR projects, and living Hilti's EVP as a role model. What You'll Bring Master's degree in business management (HR focus) or Psychology, complemented by certified knowledge of Austrian Labor Law and 5+ years of senior HR experience in matrix organizations. • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of HR core processes. • Expertise in talent acquisition, assessment, unbiased talent development and succession planning. • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Fluent in German and English (additional language a plus). This job falls under the collective agreement for metal trade employees in employment group IV. The agreement specifies that the minimum gross monthly salary for a full-time position (38.5 hours/week) is EUR 3.415,01. You can expect a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 92.000 (including 13th, 14th, bonus payment) as a starting point.
