IT Security & Identity Engineer (m/w/d) As an IT Security & Identity Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting Vusion's global digital environment by securing identities, applications, cloud services and privileged access. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, HR and Application teams to ensure secure access to business resources while supporting the company's Zero Trust strategy. Responsibilities • Design, implement and continuously improve Identity & Access Management services across hybrid and cloud environments. • Manage the complete identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) to ensure timely provisioning, modification and revocation of user access. • Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including authentication methods, administrative roles, groups and identity governance capabilities. • Deploy and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access and passwordless authentication to improve both security and user experience. • Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives to secure administrative accounts. • Perform access reviews and entitlement recertification while supporting compliance and audit activities. • Partner with application owners to integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect. • Participate in cloud security projects involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust architecture. • Investigate identity-related incidents, analyze Microsoft Defender and SIEM alerts and continuously improve detection capabilities. • Conduct vulnerability assessments, analyze attack paths, coordinate remediation with IT teams and validate corrective actions. • Automate operational activities through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Python. • Contribute to security architecture reviews, technical documentation, standards and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in IT Security, Identity & Access Management or Security Engineering. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity architectures. • Strong understanding of authentication and federation technologies including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Kerberos. • Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments using Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles. • Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell is expected. Experience with Python or Microsoft Graph API is considered a strong advantage. • Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Certifications The following certifications are appreciated but not mandatory: • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) • CompTIA Security+ Skills • You are curious, proactive and passionate about cybersecurity and emerging technologies. • You enjoy solving complex technical challenges through structured analysis and collaboration. • You are comfortable working in an international environment and interacting with multiple technical and business teams. • You have strong communication and documentation skills and are able to explain security concepts clearly. • You continuously seek opportunities to automate, improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
