Legal Counsel (d/f/m)

For the area of Global Legal, IP & Compliance located in Lenzing we invite Legal experts to submit applications for the role as Legal Counsel (d/f/m) Ref No: 3984 Purpose & key responsibilities of the role • You will autonomously advise on, plan, lead, organize and control legal aspects regarding many jurisdictions and solve complex legal questions in relation to the group's business. • You will provide legal solutions and guidance on e.g. strategic projects, internal affairs, Corporate Law M&A or financings. • You will support the business on legal aspects of the businesses. • You will create and maintain standard forms and contracts (English and partially in German) and provide standard contract templates for internal stakeholders. • You will be part of national and international dispute resolution (court, arbitration, administrative proceedings). • You will engage and coordinate with external law firms. Our expectations for this exciting role • You hold a Master's degree in Law and have passed the bar exam. • You have 2-4 years of working experience as legal counsel in an internationally active law firm and / or in a global corporation with considerable experience in corporate law and governance. • You have intercultural sensitivity, strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and the ability to work with a truly global and multidisciplinary team. • Additional know-how in a special legal or commercial field is a plus. • You are fluent in both English and German. The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.300.- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience.
