Stellenbeschreibung

Vollzeit Media Channels Automation & AI Specialist Elsbethen, Österreich Apply now Make a real impact by improving how media marketing gets done across Red Bull's global network. As part of our Global Program Strategy team, you'll play a key role in improving how the teams around the world work in Airtable. You embed with Red Bull Media Network teams in international markets and optimize how they brief, plan, and distribute media across communications, content, media channels, and partnerships. This is a fixed‑term position for 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: IN A NUTSHELL Your focus is simple: make work better. You create fast, pragmatic solutions that save time and improve outcomes. This might involve automation, smarter use of existing tools, or applying modern technologies such as AI; always choosing the approach that delivers the most value with the least complexity. You operate at the edge of our technology landscape, inside business teams. Rather than building large-scale systems, you focus on local improvements within your domain and on quick wins that have an immediate impact. At the same time, you understand the broader ecosystem and collaborate closely with IT and product teams to ensure your solutions align with existing platforms and scale when needed. RESEARCH & DESIGN WITH THE USERS Spend time speaking with colleagues from the Global Headquarters as well as our international teams about their media planning workflows. Learn how they brief, plan, and deliver work. Identify the parts of the job where you can truly help them save time or amplify the outcome. Create solutions (also considering agents and skills) around the work each department is actually doing. Make something useful on a project your colleagues are shipping now, not a concept for the next quarter; with them, in real time. MATCH THE CRAFT The teams you assist have strong creative standards. You know what good looks like, you can build to it, and you support the users by operating the solutions. Design standards count as much as the engineering and the customer support. SCALE WHAT WORKS Document your wins, how it works, and how to use it, so other teams know what's available and you can help them plug in easily. You collaborate with IT for scaling beyond local solutions where needed. INCREASE VALUE As the central planning system contains crucial data for all subsequent steps in the process, you enable additional operational workflows on top of it and therefore increase the value of the central system - in close alignment with IT and Data Governance. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION You collaborate not just with users but also with other service providers within the organization to design impactful solutions within the corporate guardrails. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: • 3+ years of experience in user research, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. • Experience with large language models, automation, APIs, basic data structures as well as with low-code or no-code platforms (e.g. Airtable). • Hands-on track record of building tools (ideally with Python), AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations that improve real work. • Good understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the EU AI Act. • Proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity across teams with different levels of technical and AI maturity. • Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus • 0-10 JOIN THE TEAM Got what it takes? In your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us. Apply now Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary. As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation or origin.
