Stellenbeschreibung

Novritsch is the world's leading direct‑to‑consumer airsoft brand -- built by players, for players. From our HQ in Vienna, we develop innovative products, manufacture with long‑term partners in Asia, and ship to customers in 80+ countries. With a team of 50+ experts managing everything in‑house, we move fast, take ownership, and build products we're proud of. To further support our team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Manager as soon as possible. As our Purchasing Manager, you own the full procurement cycle for our product range. You source components and finished goods from Asian suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, plan demand to avoid stockouts and dead inventory, and manage international logistics, including customs clearance in Austria and the USA. You work directly with our Chinese manufacturing partners and collaborate closely with Product Development and Operations in Vienna. Your decisions directly influence our margins, product availability, and customer satisfaction worldwide. Purchasing Manager (38,5 | all genders) What You Will Do • Manage the full procurement cycle for your product categories • Source components and finished goods from Asian suppliers • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times • Plan demand and maintain optimal stock levels • Coordinate international shipments and customs processes (AT & USA) • Work closely with Product Development, Operations, and Finance • Build strong long‑term supplier relationships What You Bring • You have 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain -- ideally with exposure to Asian suppliers. • You negotiate confidently and make data‑driven decisions. Numbers, cost structures, and margin calculations are part of your everyday work. • You speak English at C1 level or higher; German or Chinese is a plus, not a requirement. • You have hands‑on experience with international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes. • You enjoy working across time zones and cultures, especially when collaborating with Chinese business partners. Why You'll Love Working Here • Real ownership: manage millions in procurement with direct impact • A motivated team of 6 in an international environment • Flexible working hours + hybrid work option • Up to 50% product discount (max. EUR1,000/year) • Subsidized meals • Access to Corporate Benefits • Well connected to Vienna's public transport network • Opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows Salary Minimum salary per the collective agreement: EUR2,535 gross/month (38.5h/week).
