Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber Assistance (f/m/d) What you can expect As Regional Head Travel, Health, IT & Cyber Assistance, you are responsible for the overall performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across the Northern Europe region. You ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery aligned with strategic objectives, while balancing standardization and local flexibility. You will be responsible for: • Defining and implementing the operational strategy • Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost) • Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience • Leading and developing international operations teams • Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives • Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders • Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity • Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making • Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region • Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations What you will bring with you • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in an international environment • 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments • Experience in people management and senior leadership roles • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Analytical and results-driven • Experience in change management and transformation • Fluent in English (C1), additional languages like German, Dutch or French are a plus • Comfortable working in complex multi-country environments What we offer At Redion, you will join an international and dynamic organization with a strong societal impact.
