As Senior Expert Strategic Communication, you ensure cohesive, targeted, and strategic communication across all groupwide channels. You steer communication activities at group level, set agendas, and track communication effectiveness to ensure our messages support business priorities and reach the right audiences with impact. If you enjoy coordinating complex global communication environments and working at the intersection of strategy, content, communication channels and performance tracking, we look forward to meeting you. Your challenge • Monitor channel performance and continuously enhance communication effectiveness through defined KPIs and insights (e.g. dashboards) • Lead and further develop the Group's editorial governance, including the editorial board and communication planning processes • Enable strong cross functional collaboration by aligning communication activities, timelines • Define and continuously improve communication infrastructure, tools, and interfaces to support efficient delivery • Establish and govern standards for data privacy, content management, and communication processes across the Group • Strengthen connectivity and knowledge flow across divisions to foster a unified communication approach • Manage and steer external partners and agencies Your Profile • Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a comparable field • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, strategic communication • Strong expertise in strategic communications and communication planning in a multinational organisation • Experience in editorial planning and cross-functional coordination • Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and evaluating communication effectiveness • Structured and proactive working style with strong coordination capability • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken Our Offer You can expect a modern working environment with a high degree of creative freedom.
