Senior Manager Controlling EEMEA Your mission • Responsible for the full spectrum of annual controlling activities in accordance with the financial calendar, including forecasting, planning, and monthly closing, as well as adherence to all reporting deadlines for PUMA Austria and Region EEMEA • Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis that enable strategic decision‑making and provide meaningful guidance to senior management. • Strategically lead and deliver finance-related projects and initiatives that support the overall corporate strategy, enhance financial steering capabilities and further develop finance processes, systems and governance • Drive continuous process optimization within the finance organization to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence. • Identify and highlight critical issues, proactively recommending actions and improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and strengthen financial performance. • Support and lead tax related matters concerning the legal entity PUMA Austria, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Manage subgroup tax packages in close alignment with global counterparts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to corporate standards. • Provide support during all audits relating to the legal entity PUMA Austria, ensuring timely, precise, and fully compliant documentation and communication.
