What You'll Do • Lead Backend Development: Design and implement high-performance backend features using .NET (C++/C#) with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. • Drive Code Quality: Champion software engineering best practices, actively reduce technical debt, and ensure the codebase remains clean, robust, and future-proof. • Architect Database Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize relational database solutions to support efficient and resilient data management. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams -- including Device Software, Webshops, QA, and DevOps -- to deliver high-quality software on time. • Ensure Seamless Integration: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from design and development through integration and operation of interfacing components.
