As a Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Metrology in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Provide new single process solutions to our technology projects • Establish first-of-a-kind recipes and setups on our equipment to support the needs of future Infineon products • Collaborate closely with other departments to establish characterization methods for newly developed single processes • Screen the tool supplier market and initiate as well as execute demos and evaluations for innovative equipment • Guide new characterization methods from first tests until successful implementation into volume production Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • A Master's or PhD degree in Physics or a comparable scientific field • More than three years of experience in the characterization of semiconductor materials • A strong focus and deep expertise in XRD or C/V measurement techniques • A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style • A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
