It is a highly visible, hands-on execution role for someone who can move confidently between strategic thinking, detailed problem-solving and driving initiatives through to completion. You will work directly with the CEO, gain exposure to the most important topics across the business and help turn decisions into clear actions, ownership and measurable progress. What you will own and deliver Your core responsibility will be to increase the CEO’s effectiveness and ensure that the company’s most important priorities move forward with clarity, pace and accountability. You will: • Partner with the CEO to structure and drive strategic priorities • Translate decisions into clear actions, owners and timelines • Lead selected company-wide initiatives from analysis through implementation • Monitor progress, remove blockers and ensure consistent follow-through • Support the CEO and executive leaders in resolving complex strategic and operational issues • Prepare research, analysis and decision-making materials • Strengthen communication and alignment across the Executive Leadership Team • Support executive meetings and follow up on key decisions and commitments • Take ownership of urgent, sensitive or high-impact special projects • Represent the CEO in selected internal and external meetings when appropriate Success in this role means that the CEO’s time is used effectively, key initiatives progress faster and leadership decisions are consistently translated into execution. What we are looking for • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, corporate development, transformation, product, business development or a comparable environment • A proven ability to lead complex projects from initial analysis through execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with incomplete information • Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills • Confidence working with senior executives and influencing stakeholders without formal authority • Clear communication and the ability to simplify complex topics • A proactive, independent and highly reliable approach, with the willingness to get into the detail and ensure consistent follow-through • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and demanding environment • High levels of discretion, judgement and confidentiality • Regular travel to Rohlik’s headquarters in Prague will be required • Fluent English Experience from technology, retail, e-commerce or another fast-growing international business will be an advantage.
