As a Solution Architect, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core. 100% office based. The position will be filled in Lachen (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria), relocation only to Vienna. Join us in shaping our vision of providing new health solutions advancing human life. Your main tasks and responsibilities • Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis • Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery • Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations • Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support • Managing and coordinating external consultants Your expertise and ideal skill set • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain planning consulting • Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro • Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects • Fluent in English; German is an advantage • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style Your department - where you make an impact • We, the Business Applications department, are the trusted partner that drives the digital transformation of Octapharma.
