Your tasks • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for business roles, with occasional hiring for technical positions • Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes that ensure a high quality of candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and a well-structured recruitment process • Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders internally and for new joiners, collaborating across teams to deliver a positive experience and a smooth onboarding journey • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at local career fairs and talent attraction events, strengthening our employer brand and building relationships with potential candidates • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes by leveraging automation, AI, and best practices Your profile • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally hiring for business roles with occasional exposure to technical recruitment • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike • Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented, with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in leveraging automation and AI to continuously enhance recruitment processes and the candidate experience. • Experience with local talent attraction initiatives and a passion for employer branding is an advantage • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Our offer We believe great work happens when people feel supported, inspired, and balanced. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
