We are currently looking for an experienced and business-oriented Tax & Compliance Manager to join our regional Finance team in Vienna . In this international role, you will take ownership of corporate tax, VAT, and compliance topics across multiple markets, while partnering closely with Finance teams and external stakeholders throughout the region. Tax & Compliance Manager (f/m/d) Responsibilities • Own direct and indirect tax compliance activities across multiple international entities within the regional hub • Prepare and review tax reporting, statutory financial statements, and year-end tax disclosures • Coordinate corporate income tax processes together with external advisors and local authorities • Act as a key contact for VAT and international tax topics across the region • Work with Group Tax on transfer pricing, international projects including Pillar 2, restructurings, and cross-border initiatives • Further develop regional tax setup whereby continuously improving processes and reporting standards while ensuring compliance with internal tax control frameworks. • Partner closely with Finance, external stakeholders, and regional business teams across Central and Eastern Europe, particularly Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Greece, UAE • Main contact towards external audit teams, tax advisors and local tax authorities.
