Team Lead PALFINGER World - Brand Experience & Event (w/m/d) The Team Lead PALFINGER World - Brand Experience & Event is the operational and creative heart of one of PALFINGER's most visible brand assets. Embedded in the global Experiential Marketing team, this role owns the full guest and event experience at the PALFINGER World, from first contact to lasting impression. You are responsible for the seamless, high-quality operation of all areas: guided brand tours, the interactive exhibition, the event and conference business, hospitality, and the PALFINGER shop. You coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners with equal confidence. Beyond day-to-day operations, you actively develop the PALFINGER World as a future-ready brand destination: keeping content fresh, driving utilization, integrating new technologies, and strengthening its role as a strategic touchpoint for customers, partners, employees, and the public. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and develop the PALFINGER World team, including onboarding, coaching, and resource planning, while fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement • Oversee the overall operation of the PALFINGER World location, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day activities across the exhibition, event spaces, hospitality, and shop, while maintaining high visitor satisfaction and operational quality standards • Plan and deliver events and factory tours end‑to‑end, including conferences, customer events, and product presentations, while continuously evolving the tour experience and ensuring professional event execution and reporting • Manage budgets, infrastructure, and compliance, including cost control, technical functionality of systems, safety, and legal event requirements • Coordinate stakeholders and external partners, acting as the main interface between PALFINGER World, internal teams, and service providers, while driving new technologies, fresh content, and the strategic use of the location for customer engagement YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in event management, brand experience, hospitality, or similar environments • Proven leadership experience (min. 3 years) with the ability to lead teams or complex projects and manage multi‑stakeholder events or visitor experiences • Strong operational and commercial skills, including budget management, cost control, invoicing, and understanding of legal requirements related to events (e.g. safety, data protection) • Technical and digital affinity, including familiarity with AV and event technology as well as tools such as MS Office 365 and project management platforms; openness to new technologies (e.g. AR/VR, AI tools) • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong hosting mindset, ability to build relationships across stakeholders, business‑fluent German and English WE OFFER • Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home • Further training and international career opportunities • Corporate health management "PALfit" • Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy • Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER • Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefit Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment.
