Teamlead Supplier Quality Management (Drawing Parts and Row Material) (f/m/d) In this role, you will lead the Supply Quality Management team for drawing parts, main welding components, and raw materials. You ensure excellent supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders on a global level. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead, develop and coach the Supply Quality Management team and coordinate regional SQM activities • Select, qualify and develop suppliers in close collaboration with Purchasing • Ensure robust quality standards through audits, inspections and defined quality assurance measures • Manage supplier quality topics in projects, including prototypes, first samples and relocations • Drive supplier-related complaint, corrective action and continuous improvement processes YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in mechanical engineering, welding technology or a comparable technical education • Several years of professional experience in supplier quality management within an industrial environment • Strong knowledge of steel construction, mechanical manufacturing and quality management methods • Proven leadership experience in an international and intercultural context • Very good English skills and confident handling of SAP and MS Office WHAT WE OFFER • Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home • Further training and international career opportunities • Corporate health management "PALfit" • Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy • Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER • Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment.
