Technical Project Development Coordinator (f/m/div)

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
• Support our development team throughout the full prototype/product lifecycle from concept/idea through release and market introduction of our system prototypes
• Coordinate prototype development processes and logistics activities
• Act as the central interface between engineering, marketing, production, and external partners/stakeholders
• Manage prototype build projects: planning sub-elements, coordinating production, tracking progress, and documenting status
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software and system experts in an international environment; align communication between technical teams and marketing/manufacturing partners
• Support the creation and maintenance of prototype-related technical documentation
• Conduct market, customer and sales analyses to identify future opportunities and application trends and translate technical content into business-relevant information
• Participate in development reviews, milestone tracking and continuous process improvements
Your Profile
We are looking for an organized, analytical and proactive personality who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, project management and business development.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
• Technical university degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or comparable combined with initial practical experience in the industry
• Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, development processes
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and PCB design software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management methods/tools (preferably MS Project)
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (German is a plus), with a strong affinity for collaborating across technical and business domains
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of EUR 3.449,08 (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
