Digital Marketing & Content Manager (all genders)

We are now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager (part-time) to build and execute our marketing activities - from strategy execution and content to events, design and analytics, and to strengthen i5's visibility and positioning across key ecosystems. Digital Marketing & Content Manager (all genders) Your Tasks: • Drive global marketing initiatives • Drive, execute and support the positioning and visibility of the i5 brand across markets, including media placements, relevant rankings and PR • Monitor market trends and relevant industry developments • Plan and implement performance marketing activities • Create and manage content across channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) • Design visual assets for social media posts, ads, direct marketing, event materials and marketing collateral • Lead, maintain and further develop the website (content, structure, SEO updates, Google Business Profile) • Plan and execute events (e.g. conferences, VC/founder events, dinners), including logistics and all related marketing and design material • Track relevant KPIs, derive actionable optimizations and report on marketing performance and budget • Manage and steer external partners • Create and maintain marketing materials and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints globally • Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page and recruiting-related content Qualifications • Based in Vienna, on-site • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) • 4-10 years of relevant experience in online marketing, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (agency, startup or similar) • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO and content creation • Optional add-on: Experience in event planning, direct marketing, PR and social media • Significant experience and strong skills in creating visual and written content (image, video, copy) for social media, ads, events and marketing materials (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva or similar tools) • Highly hands-on, structured and fast in execution • Comfortable working with tools and learning new systems quickly • High level of ownership, creativity and ability to drive topics independently • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Strong project management skills • Experience with WordPress • Experience with SEO, GEO • Love working with an international, ambitious team What We Offer • Empowerment to drive initiatives with international impact • A diverse part-time role with responsibility and ownership from day one, with global impact • The opportunity to actively build and further shape marketing activities • Deep insights into the world of startups, scale-ups, investors and global tech leaders • A dynamic working environment in our modern loft office in Vienna, with a motivated, engaged and international team • Regular team events, celebrations and offsites throughout the year • Shared team meals three times a week with a flexible personal allowance • Learning & development opportunities with an annual budget • Sport and cultural activities • Competitive salary in line with market standards Important Note Please note that we can only consider applications from candidates with a valid work permit for Austria.
