We are looking for a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Location in Vienna or Weiz. YOUR TASKS • Develop and implement with your business partners and your team members effective and efficient supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios. • Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases. • Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain. • Collaborate closely and pro-active with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures. • Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement. • Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain. • Oversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams. • Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. • Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects to ensure consistency and scalability. • Implement international best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring. • Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational excellence. • Support the development of resilient and agile supply networks capable of responding to global disruptions and market dynamics. • Act as interface between the procurement department and the division. YOUR PROFILE • University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent • Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects • Six Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial • Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment • Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management • Strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage • Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools • Willingness to travel (40%) OUR OFFER We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross EUR 4.472,11 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
