TROGROUP GmbH is looking for a Specialist IT Infrastructure - Cloud and Datacenter (all genders) Your responsibilities • Ensuring reliable day-to-day operations of datacenter and cloud infrastructure environments • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and cloud services • Managing and optimizing system performance, availability, and capacity • Executing incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex incidents • Maintaining and operating Active Directory and Entra services (identity, authentication, policies) • Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam) and ensuring disaster recovery readiness • Collaborating closely with Architecture teams to implement new solutions and ensure smooth transitions into operations • Ensuring compliance with IT security policies in coordination with the CISO • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures • Monitoring infrastructure health and proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities • Coordinating with external providers and vendors for support and service delivery • Supporting automation and continuous improvement of operational processes Your profile • Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking) • Strong operational mindset with focus on stability, reliability, and service quality • Hands-on experience in operating complex IT environments (virtualization, high availability, global setups) • Solid experiens with Window and Linux Server, VMware vSphere or comparable virtualization platforms, Backup solutions, Cloud platforms, Active Directory • Certifications fitting to the job are welcome • Basic-to-intermediate knowledge in networking technologies • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes • Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong troubleshooting skills • Strong service and customer orientation when working with internal users and external partners • Team player with good self-organization and ability to work under pressure • High degree of reliability, responsibility, and ownership • Willingness to travel Benefits • attraktives Gesundheitsprogramm • interessante Aufgabe in globalem Unternehmen • dynamisches und aufgeschlossenes Team • vielfältige Weiterbildungsangebote • flexible, familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten • viele Zusatz- und Bonusleistungen Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
